Our approach
Care for your information
We collect information needed to handle your request. Optional support and analytics tools load only with your choice. Integration credentials stay on the server.
Recoverable by design
Content versions preserve earlier edits, inquiries are stored, and delivery logs record notification attempts. We have tested restoring the website database and media from a recovery copy.
Open communication
To report a suspected security issue, contact info@xgem.org with a description and reproduction steps. Please avoid sending passwords or sensitive customer data.
